I took my RR Sport in for an oil change and was informed that my timing chain needed replaced. I have an aftermarket warranty and the Dealership would not work with them (because they can get problematic). I was referred to Isaias at WESTEND and he informed me that he works with warranty companies in support of his customers. Long story short, the timing chain and rear-end sway bars needed fixed (both being big projects) and Isaias was able to negotiate with the warranty company and got all the claims covered. WOW!!! And his costs are below the dealerships which is a real benefit as these vehicles are not inexpensive to maintain and repair. I completely recommend WESTEND Range Rover for any and all vehicle needs. Went in for a complete brake change all around. 4 months later, find out I need rear pads and rotors "again". Called West end and they offered to replace as long as they were still under warranty. I drive for work so the warranty was up. I was going to have to pay for them all over again. Took to a different shop, they replaced for me and stated that it looked like the brakes and rotors weren't touched 4 months prior according to the amount of rust that was on the rotors. While the owner is very personable and friendly, I was not going to trust my car with him again.
